Fast + Free Shipping for All Orders over $150
US orders: $10 flat rate under $150
International orders: $15 flat rate under $150

Shipping

We ship all orders in 1-2 business days through UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Expected delivery in the USA and to EU is 2-5 business days, 6-7 business days to Australia & Rest of the World.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted however, all returns/exchange must be postmarked
within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s)
must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must
be included with your return. Please email hello@shopprimitive.com
for return instructions.

Additionally, return is not accepted on "Final Sale" items.
All items marked "Final Sale" can not be returned unless deemed faulty
by our team. We will provide return label for faulty items. Please

Taxes/Duties (For International Shipments)

Customers are responsible for all Customs fees incurred with international shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
